Most Valuable Consultant for 2019
Recently we posted about the annual BCT Christmas party, where the team and their partners travelled from far and wide to celebrate the year. One of the event highlights was the presentation of Most Valuable Consultant (MVC) for 2019. We are pleased to announce that the MVC for 2019 is Renae Docherty, Engagement Lead in the C4ISREW account. Renae was recognised not just for her work in delivering for her client but also for contributing to the team, truly representing our values and making great contributions to the wider community.
Renae’s citation reads:
You have always displayed an outstanding commitment and enthusiasm not only to your project work, but in support of other team members and in contributing to the development of BCT. Your efforts were consistently recognised by your clients and peers as being at an excellent standard in all aspects of your work and you directly contributed to BCT winning follow on engagements for your project. Your contributions in account planning, coordinating the BCT community engagement event, fundraising efforts and team member development are to be commended. Your efforts in contributing to the transition to Accenture as part of the Steering Committee were also commendable. You have balanced this work commitment with an impressive contribution to the Australian Army Reserve as well as achieving national recognition in competitive weightlifting.
Renae has delivered outstanding work throughout 2019 as a Project Manager, Engagement Lead and team member of BCT Solutions. Previous award winners were David Morrison in 2017 and Bec Dyson in 2018. With 2019 being another huge year for BCT, there were plenty of strong contenders. It is really hard to pick a winner every year. But it is nice to be able to recognise the difference Renae has made to the team. Congratulations Renae on delivering for our clients and living our values. We look forward to some very strong competition for the MVC in 2020.
